I went to work to fix some contrast issues with the diffuse texture and built proper normal and specular maps to give the texture some realistic depth. This mod not only fixes the mesh and texture issues with past roof repair mods but also adds new modified pre war meshes and vanilla pre war textures for the carports player home ceilings and foundations. Simply because it is not going to fix the game engine the settlers will simply get stuck on whatever else you build in that spot. Using a mod to scrap the house is not going to solve your problem.
