Ford Focus Passenger Door Lock Not Working

My 2014 ford focus se back passenger door will shut but not lock the lock part.

Issues in ford cars door locks and central lock system. Pulling the inside door. If one door doesn t work but others do the problem could be a blown fuse. It will not release with the key door lock or manualy.
